Natalie Delagnes Talbott received her B.A in Political Science from the University of California
at Los Angeles in 1996 and her J.D from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2000, with honors.
She received the CALI award for excellence in Constitutional Law and was the recipient of the San Francisco
Legal Auxiliary Scholarship. She was admitted to practice law in the State of California, the U. S. Federal
Court for the Ninth Circuit and the Northern District of California in 2000. Ms. Talbott practiced two years of
litigation in the area of construction law and then began working at Delagnes, Linder & Duey in 2003. She received
her L.L.M. in Taxation (with honors) from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2009. Ms. Talbott is a native to
San Francisco and is committed to involvement in both legal and non-profit activities in the Bay Area Community.
At the University of San Francisco School of Law, she received a Public Interest Law Certificate. She is a founding
member and has been a member of the Board of Directors (since 1997) of The Barrios Trust, a nonprofit private
foundation devoted to assisting youth in the Oakland area (http://www.thebarriostrust.org/) Since 2003, Ms. Talbott has
been the Assistant Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors to the Child Abuse Prevention Society in San Francisco
committed to preventing child abuse and providing support and education for San Francisco parents and children. Since 2007, she has also been the Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of the “sister organization,” the San Francisco Child Abuse Prevention Center (http://www.sfcapc.org/). Ms. Talbott is a member of the Pastoral Council Notre Dame des
Victoires Church and is an active tennis player and member of the Olympic Club in San Francisco.
